Jackson Elementary recently celebrated the success of their Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) program with an exhilarating incentive party, filled with laughter and camaraderie. The schoolyard was transformed into a festive playground, featuring larger-than-life outdoor games that mirrored the spirit of the students' positive behavior. Enthusiastic cheers filled the air as the children engaged in oversized versions of classics like Connect Four, Yahtzee, and bowling. The colorful setup not only added a playful dimension to the event but also served as a tangible reward for the students' adherence to school expectations. “As the event unfolded, it became clear that the PBIS incentive party not only fostered a sense of community but also reinforced the importance of positive behavior in an exciting and memorable way,” commented Principal Judy Carpenter. The joyous atmosphere and shared experiences created lasting memories, leaving the students motivated to continue embodying the values that make Jackson Elementary a supportive and uplifting learning environment.
