Chapel Hill, TX - The Chapel Hill Independent School District (CHISD) Board of Trustees signed a proclamation calling on the Texas Legislature to reject any diversion of public dollars to private entities in the form of education savings accounts and similar voucher schemes.

The proclamation was passed and approved on April 17, 2023, in the Chapel Hill Independent School District. The board encourages parents and community members to reach out to their elected officials to advocate for public education.
