Tyler, Texas — The Chapel Hill Independent School District is pleased to announce its annual Fine Arts Show, showcasing the extraordinary artistic talent of its students. The event will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, at Chapel Hill High School, and is free and open to the public. The art will be representing various mediums from drawings, sculptures, paintings, with over 400 pieces of artworks on display.
"We are excited to showcase the incredible creativity and talent of our students at this year's Fine Arts Show," said Fine Arts Director Joe Hewitt. "We invite everyone in the community to come out and support our students, and enjoy a night of art, music, food, and entertainment."
The Fine Arts Show is a celebration of the work created by students from Chapel Hill High School, Junior High, Jackson Elementary, Kissam Intermediate, and Wise Elementary. The event will feature arts and crafts activities from every campus, as well as student choir performances and a production from the High School Theater Department at 7:00 p.m. In addition, attendees will be treated to hors d'oeuvres proudly provided by the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Culinary Arts class.
