About Ms. Bell
Hello, I am East Texas born and raised. I grew up in Mt. Pleasant, graduated from Pine Tree High School in , and received two Bachelor's degrees from Stephen F. Austin State University. My first degree is in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and my second degree is in Art with a concentration in graphic design.
Upon graduating, I worked in corporate America in digital advertising where I found myself yearning for more of a relational purpose. With a deep admiration of coming from a long line of educators and a passion for all things creative, my natural next step was becoming certified in EC-12 Art through iTeach Texas. I then interviewed at Kissam Intermediate and instantly felt at home. This is my second year teaching and I could not be anymore in love with teaching my 5th and 6th grade art classes!
