About Mrs. Partin
My name is Fran Partin. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's degree. I have certificates to teach general education, all areas of special education, as well as speech pathology. I am beginning my fifty-first year in education. I am passionate about my position as Speech/Language Pathologist for Chapel Hill ISD. I am devoted to working with students and am excited in assisting my students in growing with better communication skills.
