The Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) Department is comprised of all data required by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) about public education, including student demographic and academic performance, enrollment, attendance, special programs, personnel, financial, and organizational information.

We strive to provide a premier quality of service to our students, families, and staff. The PEIMS Department supports families and students with admissions and student records as well as focusing on system-wide processes to achieve world-class data systems and transparency while focusing on best practices through out Chapel Hill ISD.

The PEIMS Department is here to serve all of our current, former, and future students and families of Chapel Hill ISD as well as the Chapel Hill Community.

The primary objective of the Registrar’s Office is to provide the finest quality of service to our students, families, and staff. The registrar's office aids with student registration, transcript, and other student records requests, as well as with various other things. It is the duty of this office to respond to all requests, assist where needed, and contribute to providing a safe learning environment while complying with Chapel Hill ISD policy and procedures.  We are here to serve our current students, former students, and the Chapel Hill community!
