Julia graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in English. Prior to CHISD she was at Jacksonville ISD.
Mrs. Dahlgren has been teaching for over 18 years. She has 3 children who all attend Chapel Hill ISD. Her husband Mark is the District Alternative Education Coordinator. She is a HUGE Aggie fan and she loves college sports.
