UT-Tyler “Pathway to Success”—Guaranteed Tuition Program for Limited Income Families Do you think you can’t afford to attend a four-year university next year? UT-Tyler’s “Pathway to Success” will give you a chance if you meet the qualifications: Annual family income of $25,000 or less; Pell Grant eligible based on FAFSA, accepted to UT-Tyler.
