Please read the explanations below to learn how our registration process works.
 

This portal is only for families new to Chapel Hill who do not currently have any students enrolled on any of our campuses.  If you have students currently enrolled in CHISD, click and go to Enroll Returning Students OR Enroll New Student in Existing Family.
There you may either update your current information and required annual forms or add an additional student to your existing family.

Chapel Hill uses an online system for parents/guardians of new students to complete enrollment forms called New Student Online Enrollment.  It is a part of our Skyward Student Management software and links all of your information in one place.  The online procedures are designed to help parents/guardians, students, and campus staff members streamline the enrollment process by providing a secure, convenient, internet-based system. Information may be securely entered, via the internet, from any location at any time at the parent’s own convenience. They no longer have to complete identical paper forms at each campus on which they have children enrolled.  Once the enrollment application is complete, parents are asked to call the campus registrar to make an appointment in order to complete the registration process.  Although we accept walk-ins, they are on a first-come-first-served basis AFTER appointments.  Appointments always have first priority. We sincerely hope you will take full advantage of this system.

Click to “ENROLL A NEW STUDENT AND FAMILY”  if you are brand new to Chapel Hill ISD or if you attended any Chapel Hill ISD campus in the past but were not enrolled on the last day of school last year.
